Dear Neighbor,

 

We are Legends residents who are extremely unhappy with the deteriorating condition of our community and the stripping away of services.  We want to see The Legends returned to its former glory as the most attractive community in Sarasota.

 

We are asking that you attend the March 26th Board Meeting to vote for a new administration. 

​

• Is our community in better shape now than it was 3 years ago? 

• Do weeds, bare dirt, brown lawns and unkempt landscaping increase your home value?

• Are you ok being asked to prune your own trees?

• Do you feel that 43 neighbors should have been FINED by the Board?

• Is the Board representing your best interests?

20 years ago, we were the only neighborhood around.  Now we are surrounded by thousands of new, more modern homes - with beautiful amenities.  We have no amenities.  Our ONLY differentiating factors are service and excellent curb-appeal.  Both of which are under attack.
